Hi! This is me.

If I didn’t push myself, I wouldn’t be a very adventurous person. I’d sit at home and watch hours of TV while eating mac and cheese by the boatload. I’m really good at reading about fancy gourmet recipes and clean eating while munching on a bag of chips. I like trying new things, but only if they don’t scare me.

I am in my thirties now. I have an adventurous husband who challenges me and a cute new baby daughter who inspires me to be the best version of myself. I’d like to stop reading about the lifestyle I want and start living it.

Certain things come easily to me:

  • knitting a sweater
  • sewing a dress
  • devouring a good book
  • eating delicious food

And certain things are not so easy for me:

  • staying upright on my bike
  • running
  • swimming
  • let’s just say I have few physical coordination skills

I’m aiming to eat healthy, be more active, and exercise my brain. Why blog about all this? To hold myself accountable.

In other words: harder, better, faster, stronger. Fitter, happier, more productive.
